Server accessibility
Server accessibility is absolutely important for any Internet presentation. From the short-term point of view (a day or a week) we can talk about 100% reliability with no problems, however, from a mid-term point of view (weeks or months) 100 % reliability practically cannot be achieved (particularly due to upgrade needs or the restart of individual machines).
Because we provide services of maximum quality at a professional level, we?ve established on-line monitoring of our servers for our customers a few years ago. This monitoring is available in customer administration. All idle times and failures are displayed in diagrams there and a complete summary of the monthly accessibility of the server is also available here.
Our company has set fixed rules for the assessment of accessibility of individual servers and we assess possible problems according to these rules. We have set up exact and strict limits for the time period of how long ours server may be inaccessible. Our pricing policy as same as the structure of our services itself (redundant connectivity, redundant electrificity etc.) reflects these rules.
