External space for backup

The space is determined for your data backup. We provide you the space from 10 GB until 1000 GB. You set up and stock the backup into reserved space yourselves. You choose the frequence of backup stacking - number of access to the backup server isn´t limited.

The space for backup is situated on external FTP server. In case of breakdown your server you can do the data recovery from your own backup.

Backend switch

If you provide by our company more servers, you can for their interconnection order one from the following switches. Thanks to this solution will be your physical servers interconnected without speed limitation and transfered data wouldn´t be counted into the monthly data transfer. Simultaneously you get interconnection your physical server without sharing with our others users of our network.

This solution is suitable for interconnection databases and web servers or for their interclustering or interbalancing.

We use well-established switch DELL.

Server monitoring

It is possible to monitor your server by the ICMP ping every five minutes. If the server isn´t available (doesn´t answer to ICMP ping), we send you information to your contact email. On basis of this information you can contact us with request on reboot your server or problem verification , if the reboot doesn´t help.

Database systems

The prices are for one licence for one processor. If the server has got two processors there are invoiced two inventor´s royalty. Description of database systems is available on http://www.microsoft.com/sql/prodinfo/features/compare-features.mspx.

Dell DRAC Cards

Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) is a system of hardware management. This is a solution that allows remote server management, restore of crashed system, function of power control for Dell PowerEdge ™ hardware. iDRAC cards are available in different types which are differed by their features. The powerful DELL PowerEdge servers as well as many other servers are equipped with the BMC module that is used mainly for remote administration and hardware diagnostics. BMC operates independently of the used operating system and it does not matter whether the server is on or off. For BMC administration it must be assigned the public IP address.
